I've been running the Klir since the end of Jan. Over the last two weeks or so I noticed that there's not enough tension on the fresh roll of fleece and it allows water to go around rather than through the fleece. In the video you can see the water stop going around when I pull the fleece tight. I even tried reducing the flow with no luck. It's happening in at least two spots and there's a spot near the bottom where the fleece is being pushed out through the grid. Anyone else seen / have this issue?

I think I may have figured it out after watching a couple of videos. Looks like the fleece should go on the outside of that top roller before going down.

It's the roller located where the red circle is.

I also found a video which helped too. Where the yellow circle is there is a sharp corner. I filed it down and it helps the fleece move a little easier.

That's exactly what mine was doing. Once I moved the fleece on the correct side of the roller it stopped. I was assuming it had the correct tension on it. Not sure why yours would continue doing that.

Hello Hans,
That is normal, it is the sound of water trickling down the fleece bottom bracket. You can move your sensor to another location so that the water fills up higher under the filter sock holder

Obviously they didn't pay attention to the video and see the water spraying out!

Any update on this? I just got mine this week, and it's routed through the rollers properly, but I'm noticing a VERY loud trickling water noise as it starts filling up.

I ended up pulling it about 4 weeks ago and went back to socks...no more stressing about it.
