KP aquatics airfreight question-first time order and I’m confused

Hey all

i want to fist confess Ive never ordered anything air freighted before. My order is being shipped via SW airlines to the local airport. The SW airbill code provided, combined with the with the airline code that auto populates, pulls a flight up from the start of October from FL to CO that was delivered and signed for..

my rock was shipped today. So is this a case of the plane my shipment is on hasn’t left yet? Or was the code I was given mistyped?

im going to email them but was hoping someone here could chime in in the meantime.

For the record I’m happy I’m dealing with KP. Just confused and don’t want to lose my rock lol

I am going to assume the code you were given is wrong. I have received many items via sw air cargo and never ran into a situation like that

may be able to call SW freight 24/7 ,with your waybill # and see??
call INDY...
317 240 4070 was 24/7 pre covid ,not sure now.

Yeah that’s the line I found. They don’t open until 7:30am. Guess we’ll see if I get the order tomorrow after all.

Guessing I won’t have as many critters make it after all.

I did just a little bit ago. Just said I tried to track the shipment with the code I was given and a flight from early October popped up that was from FL to CO.

Question: What did you pay in freight for your order? How many lbs etc? I’m ordering soon prob 80lbs or so in water. You can PM me if you want to keep it private etc. thx!
