Had an issue where one of the pump head worn off and leaked inside the Reefbot. To their credit, I was supposed to change the heads once every six months, which I promptly DIDN'T. So anyway, after replacing the head and retesting, found out the bot was still unable to read any test results. I contacted the support team through the app - which is awesome as I hate writing support request emails. Well, I had a reply shortly asking me to follow some steps, lo and behold, Reefbot is back in business.

Thanks Reef Kinetics. I think the purchase has paid for itself as far as I am concerned.

Edit: Wanted to give Reef Kinetics some unsolicited advice, coz why not? Is it possible to predict that the pump head has been malfunctioning? I am sure there are a lot of hobbyists like me who do not follow the part replacement instructions even when we are warned via notifications.
