Are these supposed to be delivered with solution in the plastic cap? If so... mine looks like it leaked out.??

Ph probes need to be stored in liquid or they dry out, the storage liquid is KCl to the best of my knowledge.

They often overfill ime. Was the probe tip itself still submerged? And excess liquid came out?

Salt creep around the rubber cap is normal .... all my probes were delivered that way. As long as there’s even a little liquid left to prevent it from drying out you should be fine.
