Hello,
I was doing some routine maintenance on my tank when I realized my dogface had white large spots on him. I think it could be ich but I have never seen the spots this big. Could someone please help me figure out what he has? Thank you

Can you try for some clearer pictures? I see something on the caudal fin and I think I see something on the dorsal fin. Those two spots are not ich, too large. Could be a non-serious viral disease known as lymphocystis. That would have taken some time to grow though. It could also be an injury - what other fish are in the tank?
