How often do oyu have to feed and do they extend heads often during the day? I never could get mine to extend and finally died. I just bought a fat headone but thinking about backing out because I dont have really anyway to control nitrates with my small tank

I target feed every 2 or 3 days (LPS Pellets or Mysis). I find that if you feed less they will close up and then it is really hard to get them to open up and eat again.
