I’ve noticed my Lawnmower Blenny likes to move his head or whole top half of his body up and down, like head bob’n the n approval…

Guessing this is some sort of signaling behavior, and he is happy :p but if anyone knows something else please let me know!…

A video would be most helpful. Many fish have various characteristics but it’s a matter of what is normal and abnormal

Mine used to do that before bolting at another fish normally my domino damsel. Ended up with alot of comb shaped teeth marks on its side. I think its a territorial display.
