Got some nice accessories

Some nutrients from GLA
A nice fragging tool
Some replacement foam for my trigger sump

I also realized my stand is perfect for other things

I got a new frag rack, I think it will work good in my bare bottom tank.

So today was a maintenance day the reef tanks didn’t need much work but I needed to change out some pumps and do some trimming in my vivarium so I figured I’d post a few pics. I don’t pull the glass top off that often so the top down shots are always nice

No animals in the vivarium other than a school celestial pearl danios and cardinal tetras in the water section. I considered poison dart frogs but that adds a whole level of additional work. This is 10 yea old and all I do is feed the fish clean the front glass and maybe once or twice a year fix something.

The display fuge (the one with the Xenia) light is a iC Current 18” led not the pro version. The cheato fuge is a kessil h80 and a led panel grow light from eBay (it was $20) that is under the 15g column.

Thats cool. I kept dart frogs for a while. If you only have a few its not bad but if you have a lot then constantly making fly cultures can be a pain.
Thanks for the info on the fuge light. Im looking for a light for a display fuge/seahorse tank im doing. Its a 36bowfront. 30.5 wide and 15 deep at its deepest part. You think that light would work out for it?

How tall is the tank I only have 9” of water so it works well but you will probably have more in a 36 so I would say you want something a little stronger

No problem, there are other led bars like the orphek OR bars that would work for it. At 36” one 16” black Box would have to be high to cover the whole thing

So here is how I’m going to lay out my electronics cabinet

I bought flush mount 3’ extension cords to run between my eb8/eb832 and the lower part of my cabinet where my power bricks will be. This will give me a much cleaner look since all the random plugs look messy. I can also wire tie them all together and run it nice and neat and not worry about ever having to change what is plugged in to the eb8/eb832
