Nice dimensions...I actually have a similiar tank made by another co. except they considered it 110G 48x24x22 . Where did u place the overflow? external? can't tell from the pics. I assume you did 1/2" thick glass?

thanks ray, the overflow is actually a corner triangle overflow located on the right corner on the tank.

Nice, I was thinking about that when I was building mine, but the space across end was using quite a bit of space. Plus it doesn't help when I'm using 2x 1.5in. in hayward bulkheads *Beefy bigger holes needed* can't wait to see the finish product.

Nice lookin build! Having that much control over the lighting will definitely come in handy.

Will you be skinning the stand or will it be open-air?

Update time now that I just got my sump late in the afternoon today, didn't have time to do the plumbing and test leak it but seem to be pretty sturdy, and boy was it a long wait for the sump.

Looks great, the aquascape is pretty cool. This tank has a lot of potential. If you don't mind me asking, how much does the tank cost (just the tank, I've seen a lot of rimless LeeMar tanks with the same dimensions)? I am looking into getting a tank with pretty much the same dimensions, but because its not an immediate tank upgrade I don't want to call and bug them.

So sweet. I Love the sump and frag tank. I'm kicking myself so hard for not going rimless on my latest tank.
