My 150 gal reef system. Up and running for 3 years now. Heavy SPS with a little of everything. Tank started with ocean live rock I’ve had wet since 05. Very basic setup - skimmer, dose 2-part, drip kalk. Lighting - ATI 8 bulb sun power ReefBrite blue XHO strips.

Some corals have been in the tank since the beginning, some only a few weeks.

All photos taken with Canon 5d mark iv, no filters.

A few Acropora to start

Nice corals. Any full tank shots?

FYI, fourth picture down in first post you have the dreaded palys that usually contain palytoxin. Do not try to pull them out without a lot of protection. I was fine messing with them in the water, but when I pulled out a rock and pulled, well, lets just say it was not a fun two weeks. Just letting you know. Also, only way to get rid of them is to remove rock and let dry out. Do not try bleach or anything until dried up. Hate those things!

Oh yes..the palys.. we've been at war for quite some time. The've come with me through many tank transfers. The price I have to pay to keep my live rock live. I've found that covering them with putty works pretty well. If you can hold them off long enough for corals to encrust they will get choked out. My goal is to one day have every bit of rock encrusted in some type of SPS so there is no where for them to show up.

I don't have any current FTS shots. I will get around to taking one sooner or later

I like all your sps and that lagoon should be pretty nice once completed. Any chance you have a full tank shot of the 150?
