I’m headed south next week and would really like to meet some fellow R2R folks. I contemplated walking around with a sign on my neck printed with my username. It would be fun if we all did that. Short of that, can we have a small greet time at the booth on Saturday? We could just gather there for a brief time.

A lot of people gather at the hotel bar(s) in the evenings, that is usually the best time to meet people. It is way too crowded and loud in the show itself, and you’ll want as much time as possible to see everything.

Got to agree! Combine that with the Reefshine boys and it always makes for a great time!

I suspect most people arrive saturday morning, it seems to get more crowded throughout the day.

We are semi-local, so head out whenever I can get away from work Friday.
