As the title says, what’s your tank suck down daily!

-Let’s hear the size of your tank and how much you dose daily in order to maintain Alkalinity (or Calcium).
-Also, what product are you using!

My tank is a 120g and needs 1.5 Alk daily.

Reason for this post, I use Kalk and want to get out of it.
Kalk is mixed in my ATO and it’s not enough for daily dosing so I use a doser on top of that.
Kalk is messy too, hate the build up from it too.

Before i had a product i used that killed all my acroporas.. yes all 13 even though it claimed it was safe.. ( i cant say what due to a NDA i had to sign to get compensation) i was losing about 1.5 a day.

After that i lose maybe .5 to .75 a day now. I still have alot of corals over 90.. but the loss of my acros cut thr alk usage in half

.3dkh/day. 40breeder stocked with mixed load. Lps softie heavy.

Ive actually revisited kalk and determined it can be done easier and cleaner with more concentration if imployed like avast outlines here with a stirrer.
But it would be a royal pain in the butt for me to switch back to this from my hybrid balling 2 part dosing regimine ive already dialed in.

120. Carx with manmade media.
I dose trace daily that keeps mag and K at desired levels.
Strontium dosed weekly.
I dosed esv for the first year and went to a carx when part 1&2 reached 45ml a day.
Daily alk useage unknown.
Carx keeps alk at 7.2. Alk range is 7-7.5.

80G total water volume(not tank size), I dose Randys DIY 2 part(Recipe 2 - baking soda) for alk, and BRS calcium chloride for CAL. I lose about 1.2 DKH, dosing 137ML daily.

1.5dkh and 10ppm cal daily

29G mixed reef, pretty well stocked.

i know you didn't ask for ph - but here's mine: 8.2. pH has a direct and significant impact to alk/calc consumption (both calcification or precip)
