Love pinked streaked. If you have one, let me know how, when, and where you got it and put up some pics of it and say how its doing!
Well, I used to have one and am unsure if I still have one.
Here’s my first one, I got him 27th March 21 and had him until 21st April 22. He lived through a lot of Cyano and Fish introductions. Even lived in harmony with a “aggressive” Fairy Wrasse - Cirrhilabrus naokoae. I got him from my LFS as probably just under .5 inches.

And my second one… Presumed to be dead as I haven’t seen her since 4th May 22. I got her on 2nd May 22. I got her from a not so local FS in excellent condition… the instant she hit the water the blenny was pecking at her.

Who wants to sell me one lol been looking for months
My first LFS knew I desperately wanted a Pink Streak after losing my first one. I missed one day and went the next to find out they had JUST sold it, even knowing I was going for it that week. I’d recommend checking your further away LFS’s as they may have one - Or you can go and get a coral or two ;)

Im aware of that and actually none of my fish are overly aggressive. The other thing is, the old guy took on a bit of aggression from a hierarchy change.

The issue with the pink streaks is that they basically will never fight back. if they are bullied out of food, or just outcompeted, they probably won't do well.

My experience with them was the opposite of this, I’ve kept 3 personally, and 9/10 whilst working in an LFS. It was a heavy 50/50 of who would fight back for food and who wouldn’t.

Late to this thread, but figured I’d share in case this info might be helpful for folks looking for a pink streaked.

A lot of fish stores order from Quality Marine (a lot of wrasses come from them). Call and ask your LFS if they order from QM, and if they do not, find a local store that does. Next, you’ll need to ask your LFS to order one for you, but there is a hang up if they look for “pink streaked.” Quality Marine does not call them pink streaked wrasses, they refer to them as “pelvic spot wrasse.” And from what I was told when I got mine, they are under some type of “special order” page in the QM ordering pages the LFS uses. They are seasonal, so keep in mind they aren’t available all year round.

I had tons of LFS that I’d asked to place an order for me, and none ever were able to, but it was because they were looking for pink streaked wrasse instead of the pelvic spot wrasse in the QM system!

Anyways, I hope this might help you and others find one to join your fish family!

Here is mine, named “little pink” next to my yellow banded possum named “little guy.” They are amazing fish. And while mine is bold and fearless (he hangs out around my mean clowns in their lair, and will “tell off” other fish and flair his fins), they are just as special when they remain shy peeking at you through the rocks.

How is the pink streaked (pelvic spot) different from the six lined? I have read that six lines are aggressive? I see jkcoral has kept a pink streaked with a possum wrasse. How big is that tank? That would be a fish combination that I would love to have! Is there any aggression between them?

This is an old pic, when I kept nano tanks, my fav nano fish. In a BC14 and was a great fish, very active and pics doesn't do them justice. They are very peaceful and gets along with everyone. I got them for an amphipod invasion and they did the trick. Anyone wanting pest control from a beautiful peaceful fish, this is your man/gal. I had them for about 4 years and rehomed, I combined my 3 smaller tanks into a larger lion's reef.
