Last week I received 4 female Bimaculatus anthias in seemingly good health. I didn't see any sign of flukes and they went directly to my quarantine.

I had one die the first day, a second died a few days later. The two remaining fish are lethargic, labored breathing, loss of appetite, but no other visible symptoms. They look absolutely healthy other than barely moving and eating.

Just now I happened to look at one of dead specimens I'd frozen and there's now a large red ulceration that wasn't visible when it first died. Does this look like uronema? Any other help please?

29 gallon with four large PVC elbows, a dozen small elbows, 7 plastic plants of various sizes. Oversized HOB for good flow and 3 air stones for aeration and to keep food suspended for better feeding response. Cycled with instant ocean, ammonia constantly at 0 via Ammonia Alert badge. Kept at 78F and 1.020 specific gravity. All quarantine equipment is soaked in bleached for 48 hours, thoroughly rinsed and soaked in sodium thiosulfate for 24 hours, rinsed two more times between adding new fish.

D1: PraziPro; Furan-2; General Cure; Metroplex
D2: Slowly started increasing CopperPower
D3: Second dose of Furan-2; General Cure; Metroplex
D4: Final copper ramp up, confirmed 1.5 ppm via Hanna check
D5: Second dose of PraziPro.
Today is day 6.

Four times daily: a slurry of mysis, calanus, fish eggs, reef plankton, minced raw shrimp, small TDO pellets all soaked in Selcon and mixed with MetroPlex/KanaPlex, and bound with Focus.
