Here is 14k front/Radium rear/XHO just before a not so good transfer of tanks.

And these are later on with the 14k hamiltons. Usually when I'd take pictures it was all lights a go, so with xho supplementation.

Here are some whites from a previous system. My laptop got messed up and after being repaired my photos are all over the place. The majority of these were under G5 blue xr30s. I ran 3 on this 48x24x15" tank perpendicular to the length of the tank. They worked very well.
I replaced them later with 2x250w and 2 36" xho in the form of a Reefbrite hybrid fixture. My favorite fixture/combo to date. I'll try to dig those pictures up as well. I plan to go back to 14k hamiltons soon on my current build. Hard to beat them IMO. The TGC Creamsicle/Sexy Corals Orange Passion picture was the 14k hamiltons, I think with the XHO on.

48x24x15" (122x60x38cm). You'll more than likely be good with 250w on 55cm deep tank. I plan to run 250w on a 66cm tank to start. Then move up if needed.

The beginnings of two Stylophora variants and a Pocillopora verracursa in actual daylight. This system used to get wonderful morning light in the winter. On the weekends I’d turn off all the LEDs and just let the sunlight illuminate the aquarium for an hour or so.

Temped to slap a Tropic 6500k in my Sunpower to get more of that old school look. I tried one before but couldn’t endure how BROWN everything looked until corals adjusted. I run 50/50 C+ and B+ but that’s still pretty blue by 20 years ago standards.

I love the G. Tropics but I'm running 2 agains 8 other lamps. I like how they neutralize that blue tint the water gets from bluer t5s. I did pull them for a short while when I was suspecting too much PAR

Mistake on my part! This photo was actually taken at night with a cell phone flashlight shining down for illumination, not morning sunlight. Let me see if I can find that photo.
