Nice! I want to live in that windmill!!! After I fix the roof of course
That windmill which is half a mile from my home is not really a real windmill. It was I think a root cellar for a farm and in the 60s a guy here built the windmill on top. They use it now to take pictures of brides because there is a wedding place here and they own it.

It has an attic and basement. I have been in it many times and there is a giant oak tree that fell on the back of it and thats whats holding it up. :beaming-face-with-smiling-eyes:

It's a decent sized structure. I took this on my morning walk this morning before the sun came up. I'm not sure how old it is but the church next to it was built in 1791. :D

Yep three cubs. They were just walking thru town one afternoon.

I'm a big fan of gen 1 xterras that was one that was abandoned in Kodiak. Cost me 5 bucks and a new battery to drive it home. I took that picture on the drive out to Saltery cove approximately 10 miles from the nearest road. I'm now on my 4th gen1 and just can't seem to pass them up.

The other side of Kauai, Hawaii from a helicopter. This is where they filmed the original "King Kong" movie where they had those giant gates to keep Kong out.

They also filmed the river scene in one of the Indiana Jones lost temple movies. You can only get here by boat or helicopter.

It's hard to put my finger on, but there is something uniquely photogenic about old dilapidated structures.
