Your best bet is going to be to check the Atlanta boards frequently. Stuff goes really quickly there. You mentioned PCB, this isn't the same, but there's a Mobile group trying to get going again that you could look into.

They're not on here. They have their own message board. I don't want to get in trouble for steering people away from Reef2Reef, but it's fairy easy to find if you search for Atlanta Reef Club on google.
