I'm about to buy a 75 gallon fish tank and I want to do a reef setup I'm needing to know what the best lighting system is for a reef system any and all help would be greatly appreciated

Way too many variables to make a blanket statement as to "best" light. Your situation will dictate what is best.

What's your budget?
Have you seen different systems in person?
Do you prefer one technology over another? Why?
Do you have a canopy? Can you hang the lights?
