I have purchased a fluval sea marine 3.0 light I have a tank that’s 100cm long 60cm high and 40cm wide what is the best percentage and hours should I put I will be putting corals and fish in tank

Looking at their website, even their highest wattage light only gives off 63 PAR at a depth of 46cm, and your tank is 60cm deep. I'd be suspect of manufacturer PAR listing as well.
If you're keeping zoas and maybe some shrooms, I think you could be ok. Maybe. I'd crank all the spectrums up to 100%, but leave the red one off.
I don't own one of these, so just speculating based off the below chart.
