So I’m running 2 100w nicrew reef lights, running on 5% white and 40% blue (at the moment) I seem to have algae outbreaks when I turn the blue higher.

my question is with the 5% white the tank is lit a lot brighter then I would have though it would I though it would been more blue.

would I be able to turn the whites completely off and have 2 blue plus t5s run for 3 hours a day with the blue light?
Thanks

You can, but do you have a par meter to balance your par in the tank
