I have two HD52's and one HD64. I had to unplug them briefly. The HD64 and one of the two HD52's kept the correct date and time. The third HD52 defaulted back to January 2000 and was off by 14 hours or so. This has happened a couple times. Any ideas why the one light loses its time of day settings?

I had an aquatic life light fixture that would lose the time if unplugged. Turned out to be the backup battery.

Not sure if the HDs have a battery inside or not but it may be worth checking out.

I'm having the same problem with the 32HD. I have to unplug it so that it returns to the schedule. It goes off schedule everyday, ridiculous. The schedule button in the app does nothing.

Great thought, I will have to look into that. Hadn't considered an internal battery.

Interesting, that's a different issue than I'm looking at. As long as mine say powered on they hold schedule and calendar just fine. Wish I could help but I haven't experienced that!
