Would 3 wattshines be ok for the 6ft long 125g?Those look good to me.
I Use one on each end of my 180g, all BB configs are about the same, running four years now, will grow anything.
also do they have a mountNot the first one, its only 30watts in comparison to the second at 180watts.
Three run at 50% maybe 14” from the surface.
Two run at 100% maybe 20-24” off surface.
They push a ton of PAR, (and cab fry stuff) start at 20% and then move upwards semi-monthly, fined where the colour looks good to you and stop.
Try to never adjust height after setting.

Just based off the specs I can see I would say a lot.
I would look more along the lines of 2 of something like this:

The Nicrew Hyper Reef 150 would be great, but it also does not have a tank mount. You would want the Hyper Reef 100. I would get 4 for a 6ft tank.I use the Visparspectra 165watt, it comes with hanging kit, hangs from the ceiling.
if your looking for hang on type, look at Nicrew Hypereef 150, the arm is separate I think.
Very simple light, needs a simple on/off timer and has 6 settings of intensity for blue and whites.
In the above pics, that light is in the middle.
I would think so.would 3 nicrew 150w be ok?
Easily. I do, clams, Nems, SPS, Acros......ok. so it could grow sps?
It should. I have the 100W version over my 40b and have a mixed reef. Unfortunately, I only added SPS 2 weeks ago, so it is still too early to know how they will do. My Cyphastreas, however, were encrusting onto the frag rack after only 2 weeks.ok. so it could grow sps?
These are for Nano tanks. To small for a 125how many of these lights would i need for a 125g mixed reef 6 ft aquarium?
No. You need a WELL established tank before attempting a clam. They are VERY sensitive and do not do well in new tanks.cool! Thanks so much for your help. One last thing, could a newely established tank have clams?
