I am wondering which of the three lionfish fuzzy zebra and fu manchu has the most personality. I like fu manchu the best but wondering if they just lay around alot even once they get used to aquarium life. consider personality from already used to aquarium life.

They all have great personalities but I've only owned one at a time and years apart so I don't remember. Let's ask the expert. @Lionfish Lair

My fuzzy has an awesome personality. He's always front and center. He also spits water at me when I'm in front of the tank.

Would the dwarf fuzzy be ok in a 20 gal total vol. And 17.5 tank volume he would be by himself

No, that's too small for a fuzzy. My minimum recommendation is a 40 gallon. They definitely have the best personality over all, however.

They all have wonderful personalities, fuzzy for the most part more apt to be more personable. Yet my fu comes up to me and if I were brave enough, could hand feed him, I drop it just before he gets there. Of the 3, if I could only have one, it would be a fuzzy. Mine are very active and would not be happy in anything smaller than a 40. I do find them to be pretty social with each other, after witnessing that, I would not want to keep one alone.
