Lipstick tang fin & tail rot? Yes or no?

Hey guys just wondering if this is the beginning of fin and tail rot? Or just colouring of ends of a lipstick tang tail forming. When received it did have a few little nips on its tail could that be the cause? If fin and tail rot what’s the best to treat it. Thanks guys

What other fish do you have and how long have you had the lipstick?
