Little white polyps on glass and thin worms?

So they are so so small it’s hard for me to get a clear pic but I tried lol. They are all over my glass - prob the size of a poppy seed, maybe a little bit bigger. They look like jellyfish polyps. I know they aren’t but they are small white with 3-11 short tentacles coming off them. My glass is also covered in thin small worms that are white. They are like the width of a piece of hair and short like a 1/8”. Kind of look like detritus worms but they are all over the glass, not just the bottom.
