So as you can see on the left side I have a nice little Vermetid Snail, any advice on those would be welcomed (newer tank, thinking of popping off the frag plugs and scrubbing the rock with a wire brush, alternative ideas are welcome as this is quite drastic) but MORE IMPORTANTLY what are the little smaller white circles that are EVERYWHERE? Hopefully harmless or I'm in trouble, but would love an ID! Thanks in advanced!

+1 spirorbid worms. Harmless.
About the vermetid snail, scrub it completely, try not to leave any single bit on the rock, because it's hiding in the inner section in the tube. Or the easier way is the smash it completely on place w/o leaving anything which can survive (if you can't clear it completely from the spot)
