I’m not going to go with the frogfish! Thank you everyone for telling me the truth about these fish! They are really fascinating though.
They are awesome fish and can do well in a low flow reef with large fish. Just requires proper planning with livestock selection. I had one 10 years ago and it was the most interesting fish to watch and feed

It will eat anything up to it's own size, not the size of their mouth, the size of their body. While some anglers may accept dead food, it's no guarantee, and they usually don't live long being fed a dead only diet. If he is already the size of your tang, your tang is already a potential meal. Fed properly a giant angler grows pretty quickly, really best kept in a species tank because of feeding requirements and limitations in tank mates.
