That's a great question! We're in the DFW area, so virtually everything is within a three-day shipping zone for us. A few areas in the Pacific Northwest are not, so we have to do Three Day Select shipping, but in every case our goal is to get your products there to you by Friday. If UPS does have any delays or issues and your product arrives DOA, we cover that 100%. We don't ask for pictures, or forms, or anything else. You tell us, we fix it.
So Texas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma shipments usually arrive the next day. Most of the Midwest and Southeast arrive in two days, and everything else (both coasts, for instance) will arrive in three days. That's why we stop shipping for the week on Tuesday - we want to make sure everything arrives by Friday at the latest!

Did you know that we ship in 1.5 inch thick biodegradable styrofoam coolers with heat packs (as needed)? We successfully shipped to -8 degrees last week. Even in winter, you can be Thinkin Dinkins!
