Live Rock from ocean - algae question

Hi, recently ordered and received live rock from the gulf and wanted to know what kind of algae this is…

definitely “fern like” but not worried if it is nuisance

tank is basically an excuse just to get real live rock and see what comes with it lol

also, that’s on a clam like thing that is some what moveable… definitely has a foot attached to the rock.

The algae looks like 'Caulerpa verticillata'. It is a fast growing and spreading algae.
