Super Easy......... Have ASD place on shipper instruction to Hold at Facility OR YOU can do the same. The night before, ASD will furnish you with Tracking numbers. Simply call the 800 number for UPS and request it be held at your local/nearest UPS center

It goes above and beyond that. Been a customer of ASD 4+ years and no losses nor regrets. You get what is pictured and 99.5% of time corals are opened in their shipping bag and open right up in your tank.
