Is this true? I was told they gave me store credit on a similar situation and I have gone to use it but didn't see anything so I figured they never gave it to me. How is anybody supposed to know to do that?

I feel like this is the issue with many of the bigger company’s in any industry. The focus on the profit instead of what got them to be the biggest. A profit above all else mindset destroys the client experience
