Wanted to give everyone a little heads up:
We preschedule our coral drops. Meaning the corals are already scheduled to their certain drops before the sale even starts. This is so I have time freed up to engaged with you guys, answer questions, host games, etc. The way the scheduler works is a little complicated. If I schedule a coral to drop at 2:00pm it will post on the thread at 2:00:59 but then it will show in the threads timeline at 2:00:01. Because of this, sometimes the most recent drop can be a few comments back. I wish there was a way to fix this but there isnt, however I am looking into a different posting alternative moving forward! Just wanted to give everyone a heads up for tomorrow!

No you will def want to keep your eyes here. At the end of the hour I will post everything that didnt sell on the website, but if want the best deals or the hot stuff, you will want to stay here.

You can just come in and let one of the guys know your full name so they can pull your order and get the corals from the farm. If you could, please come on Wednesday or later to pick up your order.

-We will be posting WYSIWYG photos with a name, price, and link to purchase right in THIS THREAD! We are going to be coming at you hard and fast!! About every 4-6 minutes we will be dropping 5-7 corals. You will need to move fast if you want that coral! The same coral can be in multiple carts at the same time, the FIRST person to check out will be the one to get the coral. At the end of the hour we will post a link to all available coral left, as well as make them available directly on our website. In the event that the same coral gets purchased by more than one person (which rarely happens), the second person will receive another frag of the same coral. If we do not have a duplicate of that coral, we will issue you a refund.
-All orders from the live sale are final. No exchanges, refunds or credits will be issued. No coupon codes, discounts, or credits can be applied towards live sale items.
-If you have any questions or concerns PLEASE reach out to us via PM on R2R, OR through email at [email protected]. Please include your full name in either method of communication so we can properly identify you. We will not be able to decipher who you are by your R2R username or email. Please be patient with us if we are not able to get to your email or messages right away, we will work as quickly as we can.
-$1 and $5 corals. Limit of two corals per person (2 $1 corals, 2 $5 corals, or 1 $1 coral and 1 $5 coral) For every $1 or $5 coral you get, you must purchase a NON $1 or $5 dollar coral. Any $1 or $5 coral that gets purchased after the allowed amount will get refunded based off transaction history. Please be mindful that this is so we can spread the love and everyone has a chance at them.
-There will not be any free shipping on live sale items, unless you have an existing online order that you would like for us to combine your items to.
-We are now rewarding you guys just for shopping with us!! For every purchase made on our website, even during live sale events, we will give you rewards points but you MUST create an account to collect these points. SHIPPING
-Shipping during the live sale will be a flat rate of 29.99, or 19.99 if you're a Florida resident, for as many corals as you purchase during the sale. There is no free shipping during live sale events. Unfortunately at this time we are not shipping outside of the continental US.
-Local pick ups are always welcome, please give us a call prior to pick up so we can have your order ready. We are allowing local pick ups starting the Tuesday after the sale.
-You only need to purchase ONE shipping module. Select the module for the day you would like to RECEIVE your box. For any additional order made during the live sale, after you have purchased your shipping module, just select "Live Sale Shipping" at checkout and you will not be charged shipping on your additional items.
-We recommend you have your shipping module in your cart prior to the sale for easier check out. OR pre-purchase a shipping module before the sale, so you lock in your delivery date early on. We do put a cap on the maximum number of boxes we ship a day, so make sure to grab your module early! If you pre-purchase a shipping module prior to the sale and do not make a purchase, we will refund you.
