Hello,

I have a degenerative back condition, and not infrequently, my lower back is in such pain that I literally cannot lift my bags of salt high enough to spread into my mixing container for more than a few seconds. However, simply scooping out measuring cups or even pitchers of salt is also kind of inconvenient due to the sheer amount of salt I want to add whenever I’m mixing.

Whats been rolling around in my head is if I could somehow have a container mounted to the wall directly above the saltwater mix bin that holds my salt, and then with a release - like a gate - I can let salt run down a chute that drops into the mixing bin.

I looked around the internet for a preexisting solution, but it’s very hard to find anything remotely relevant when I search for things like “salt dispenser” or “dispensing container,” none of which would work for this particular application.

curious on thoughts?
