We are still piecing together the components for our office tank. I had ordered the sump a while back without realizing that I would need more than one filter sock for the overflows that we will be using. The sump is a Seamless Sump. Is there some sort of magnetic filter sock holder out there than I can add on to this thing? The filter socks it came with are 8".

Not sure magnetic would hold with much flow. I found a number of different sock holders on amazon and BRS. Are you planning to use the square hole next to the current sock? Should be able to find something will work or work with some mods.

I plan on using the existing filter sock holder. I need a second one though.

I have not liked filter sock holders from day one. 4" or 7".
I run 7" now on my 120 and frag system.
They are held up with a bungee cord. Simple and effective. Easy to change as you dont even have to turn off the pump.
I plumbed my remote fuge into the one sock.

I wound up doing the same on my tank, except I used paracord
