Same, love mine, fast grower too. I accidentally broke off a few pieces while cleaning tank a few weeks ago....and now they are new frags!

Here is how it started...and how it's going.. bought it in mid October 22'.

Mine was relatively slow growing for the first year. In the past year it suddenly is growing like a weed. Love it.

I had JF TNT, closer in comparison to some digitatas. Mid-way down in tank, did not want the highest PAR/Light, grew fast, bright colors.

One day they are fine, the next, bleached. I don't even try to keep them anymore.

I have several in my tank. They are fast growers and pretty tolerant to tank conditions. Green pigment ones seem hardier than red pigment ones. They are really fragile and break easily when bumped which makes for easy frags!!

I had a small frag of golden rod anacro and it grew like a weed. In 1 year it was huge, wouldn’t even fit in a 5 gallon bucket when I took it out.

Its actually one of my favorites and hardiest.

Have the same one... I got a huge piece at a swap for $20, it had some issues. I just threw it in the tank to see what would happen. In the beginning I would have to brush off the algae in areas that the tissue was gone. But now I have good polyp extension and it is growing. I suppose I will have to take it off the frag plug one of these days.

Got it from a friend and did a trade. I still have some chunks of it in my frag tank.

My experience is it doesn't ship well. I can order 10 frags and the anacropora will die and other will encrust in 1 to 3 months. I could try again in future.

Anacropora is very easy to keep and an extremely fast grower. Once thing to note is that it does not encrust. You can glue it into a hole and it will stay there until it gets big enough where the weight of the coral breaks it off and falls to the bottom. I just let mine grow on the bottom of the tank and they do great (like my picture used in the OP's post)

Oh gosh they can sure grow fast. I’ve got a green slimer. Started as a frag 1 1/2 years ago. Now about 10” across. It’s pretty but needs fragged.

Okay, you’re right. Corals don’t quack, but Anacropora, sometimes referred to as briar corals, do look a lot like Acropora. Although there are some more well-known Anacropora like the WWC Slimeball, Anacropora corals are a bit unusual to the hobby even though they are considered by some to be an easier-to-keep SPS. Like Acros, Anacropora are part of the Acroporidae family, however Anacropora are classified within their own genus. Have you kept Anacropora? Have you thought about keeping Anacropora? What is your experience with this type of corals? Do you have any tips to share? Let’s talk about your experience with Anacropora in the discussion!

Now I know what I have in my tank. Lol. Very hardy for me. Once died I thought and found a piece in sand with about a mm of flesh left, mounted it and grew back nicely. It even broke 3 times and have the pieces just laying in sand still alive. Anybody want a piece. Lol

I have 2, TNT and The Thing. My TNT has grown a good bit since I got it a few months ago, but has faded into a very light pink, with pink polyps….it was a nice brick red. Not sure exactly what has caused this but it may have been getting too much light?

My TNT did best in mid way down in tank in Par around 150-175.

It very much may be too much light, my Valida is getting 4-500 PAR and starting to pale out ontop with a lilac instead of deep purple. I unfortunately can’t move it however it does keep the deeper purple edges and green polyps with slightly more brown on the lower parts to it.
I’ve also noticed paling out on my other acro that’s getting 4-500 PAR.
