I won't say this is an emergency since I don't have anything in my tank.

It seems the live rock in my sump has like a reddish algae with bubbles.

Just 2 days ago, my NO3 was like ~30 ppm (salifert)
PO4 was 0.3 ppm (salifert)
Also NH3 is at 0 ppm


My display tank doesn't have anything like this. The light has been off since my AI Blade's cord popped out.

I dosed like 2 brineshrimp cubes a couple of days ago into the tank. I'll do another test and show you guys what it is now.

I think this bottom one is just algae.

Possibly, but it also looks like you have some green hair algae and bryopsis.
I am running my skimmer. I haven't done a water change just yet. I turned off the lights. Any suggestions?

I am going to my lfs tomorrow to get copepods since the tnak is cycled already. Might help.
