Thanks! I have to do some manual algae removal currently, but haven't yet. Will probably do some tomorrow during our weekly WC.

Picked up a Tunze 3155 today,that'll be nice not having to manually top off everyday! Also picked up this big yuma mushroom rock. 12 mushrooms so far that I've counted. They're starting to expand also. Not bad for $100 for the Tunze and the rock!

Thanks, they are probably my favorite ones to watch. Just the swaying is relaxing! It's should be getting some new additions soon, same for the hammers/frogs on the opposite sideI like Torch mountain

New corals and new video for today! Also did a 17 gallon WC, usually 15g but used the 2 Gallons from SBB bags like I always do! Did parameters check also after it all had a good time to settle.

Will try to get a new video this evening. But here's our parameters from earlier.

Still trying to get the NO3 higher, just ran out of neonitro today. Will get more tomorrow. I feed heavy, and heavily stocked with 11 fish. Granted, most fish are smaller, the two tangs are the largest.
We'll get there, our PE and torch and hammers have been excellent. Torches are noticeably more puffy, and extending a little longer. Definitely noticeable!
I need to increase our alk dosage a little, would like to stay about 8.5/9. Currently dropped 1 dkh in 5 days approximately. On the 31st it was 9.3 and today 8.3 and that's with me dosing 10 to 15 mil alk throughout the day. Usually 5ml 3 times.
So I'll increase it to 4 times a day and test again in a few days.

FTS with parameters. Will be doing our WC tomorrow and taking out a lot of algae since my hands healed.
Our male clownfish also somehow got back into the overflow. Hopefully get him out tonight while he's sleeping...

Well WC day. Unless I get lazy and just do it tomorrow.. Looks like the orange blast is in its way out. Not sure how long. The bottom side/shaded side I can't really see. The top has color and PE this whole time. Just happened to look at it from the bottom by chance and noticed there's no tissue at all, just white skeleton. Not sure how long it's been like that.
PE on everything else is still there just not as much. I was thinking flow was to low, so turned it up and have less PE so will turn the gyres back to how I used to have them. Other than that everything seems fine...

Picked up a tuxedo sea urchin today. Finally decided to just try one in the tank. Always wanted one anyway, chose a bigger rone rather than a smaller. They had a couple the size of a dime. Not sure which would have been better.
Going to get him a hat to wear! Anyone have a good place to get one? Here it is just being it's own king of the hill currently. Will. Post more pictures and water parameters later also. Oh and our engineer goby has gone MIA...

Didn't get to the WC until 8pm last night, so was a late night haha. Completed the 15g WC and hooked up the alk/cal/mag doser. Using the jabeo 4 channel. Hopefully it helps keep things a little more stable.
