Shipping is usually 29.99 outside FL. No pre purchase shipping module. Pretty much like all others. First to check out, free frags, $1, $5, mystery frags, ect. They post on R2R first, then onto their site if not sold initially. Usually batches of 5ish every 5ish minutes.
I get all my sticks from TSA, but you won't be disappointed with anything from them. Good luck
