I only have a couple of lfs somewhay near me and they are terrible at product promotion. I'd like to support them more, but a 30 minute drive to *maybe* get a good deal isn't as easy as getting a guaranteed deal online.
There's a store an hour away that has a great qt process for fish but they don't put out a newsletter or list when they are released from qt. I would gladly make the drive if I knew what was available, and I don't want to constantly be calling and asking what's available until something I want is released
