so I took a Phosban reactor I had kicking around the other day and filled it half way with filter floss, in no time what so ever my tank has been the clearest I have ever seen it. cost was next to nothing as I had the reactor sitting around and the floss is wicked cheap i got a huge bag for 7 bucks.

sweet.. fyi.. i stopped using those canisters outside my sump... i have yet to have one not leak at some point.. the last straw was about 2 years ago when i came home to a small carpet lagoon in my living room.

thanks for the heads up man maybe I will hang it above the sump incase it leaks
