Thinking its time to do the thing and get the upgrade started on the 75g. Basically my 75g is a planted freshwater, and I'll be evicting everything and prepping for salt there. I've chosen an AIO instead of a sump, so will need to silicone that in. Then i'll empty this current reef into the 75. Then i'll clean and add fresh back to this 29. So a tank swap. Sounds messy and time consuming. Several days, even if I move fast since i'll be waiting on silicone to cure. The fresh fish will be set up in a temp tank with filter and heat for the duration of the swap, since they'll be first out and last back in.
Lights will transfer over, other equipment will be new, like a bigger return pump and heater, and the return and heater will be fine for fresh. I've already ordered the freshwater light, and bigger return pump and heater, basically waiting on silicone for the AIO part and then I can start.
Trying to be positive and not get too overwhelmed, but this has been curating for some time now, and I need to just do it.
