My calcium rn is 390 and mag is 1300, and my alk is 7.4 i was hoping i can dose my alk to 8.5 and calcium to 450. But in order for me to do that i have to raise my magnesium to 1400? Or 1300 is fine?

I found calculator online which might help a bit https://www.ultimatereef.net/pages/calcium_alkalinity/

As for magnesium I don’t know exact answer. My educated guess is that 1300 is OK although, there is no harm raising it to 1400 ( within few days).
Some people keep dKH over 10 and then you definitely need higher Magnesium.
