This appears to be bacterial growth on the fin behind the gills. Please look at fish and confirm.

anyone help with this? I’m guessing kanaplex would be a option for treating this if it is indeed bacteria or fungus??

Fish is still hanging on. Tried treating with kanaplex no change really. Anyone have any other suggestions?

Is the fish still feeding?
Has the growth spread?

Can you tell - is the growth additive of subtractive? I mean, does it look eroded, or is it sticking out from the fish like it is growing? If the latter, it is less likely to be a bacterial infection. It doesn't look like Lymphocystis to me, but maybe. If not that, it could be a rare fungal infection. That can be treated with a 75 ppm formalin dip daily for three to five days. The trouble, is, formalin is difficult to find.

The mandarin has fin rot for sure. It’s spread to his dorsal fin. Is there any options other than what I’ve tried? It’s getting pretty serious I feel super bad for him.

Qt tank levels are as follows ph around 8, ammonia <.25ppm,nitrite 1ppm nitrate 5ppm

Well, it's still a toss up then, between treating with formalin as an anti-fungal, or trying another antibiotic (like Neo plex or Maracyn 2).
