Well this guy was found dead in the bottom of the box of live rock I just got in. There was another one half alive but very small that didn’t make it either. I’m hoping there’s one in the yet that’s alive. Even though this guy is dead I thought maybe others would want to see the pic. These guys seem pretty common with rock from the gulf.

I've got a local guy selling one for 65 and I'm thinking about getting it. It's about 7 inches long, and hand fed. Definitely interesting animals

I had one too. It died when I went on vacation because it was too lazy to hunt. I had put hermits and snails in there for him, he ignored them. only ate when I fed him. He was cool though. I never could get a good pic. It was a green one too.

This one was a hitchhiker that caught a ride in a piece of PVC in a bag of water. I mean I ordered this guy and it arrived last week. Arrived missing an eye but still a nice looking mantis!

This was ordered as a peacock (Odontodactylus scyllarus) but it is actually Odontodactylus japonicus I believe?
