Well, I have to be honest, because this has happened before.

When I organized Reef-A-Palooza last year, few thought we could pull in the numbers of people we claimed. As it turned out, we did far better by a significant margin.

So, when time came to organize Marine Aquarium Expo, such was our reputation that the floorplan sold to 85% within its first week! Naturally,
those who had taken a chance with us the first time 'round got first pick of the floor plan (most re-signed up for MAX immediately once hearing of the announcement)
So, long story short, those who decided to "wait and see" were destined to claim less-than-desireable booths once the smoke cleared.

I'll look into that ive got a few months , do you provide tanks for frags or is it bring your own equip, otherwise ill need to design a portable tidepool.

I know this is an old thread, however I just wanted to update you that we now have our own frags tanks for rent, in three different sizes:
2x2
4x2
6x2

(all 8" deep)
We also have stands, lighting, plumbing, sumps, filtration, EVERYTHING
