Awesome Marv! That is a good skimmer, they pull all kinds of nasties for sure. The mesh wheel is just the most reliable option.

There are all kinds of options for pinwheels though. That Alpha 200 will be a big upgrade, and stink upgrade too!

hopefully, the skimmer will hold up for a few months... I have spent all that I can spend for now.. :hammer:

Looking good Marv. If bubble algae makes it into your main tank, try a Desjardin Tang. After trying everything else to keep it in check, I got one and he went to town on the stuff. Zero to speak of at this point. Can't wait to see your tank evolve.
