Masses on my clown, what are they?

Ok so my female clown has 4 masses at the base of her fins but I am unsure what they are. I want to say some sort of parasite or worm but I cannot see anything external, seems to be under the skin. She seems unbothered as she does not scrape on rocks or sand and eats like a pig. Anyone have any idea?

Looks like cysts and absesses and quite infected. I see what also appears as Brooklynella or early stage. Immediate treatment in quarantine needed and you will need to use both Seachem products . . . .
Seachem Neoplex
Seachem metro which is metrozanidole and will be added to food assuming fish is eating at 0.5gm by wieight which is a very Tiny amount for at least 7 days assuring water quality is good in quarantine tank with added oxygen via airstone.
Because I am seeing this on a phone screen, I will seek a confirmation from @Jay Hemdal

I only have 3 fish. Both clowns are about 4 yrs. I had 2 chalk basslets but lost one 6 months ago due to leaping from tank from being attacked by the other, which is strange cause they were paired and spawned multiple times. I also have blood shrimp for 2 yrs and well.

I'm going to disagree - but I'm going to wait for @Jay Hemdal I have seen pictures like this from the internet which are not bacterial - this Is not to dissuade you from using antibiotics

Hi all,

I have not seen this before. Could be abscesses, but the cause of those could be bacterial, neoplasms or even microsporidians. I do not think any bath medications are likely to help though.
