I don't have a clue what I'm looking at. Can anyone tell me what these are? Please read full text for all info.

While looking at some of these, I noticed the long skinny hair like stuff sways side to side. At one point, there was a roundish tick like thing moving around pretty quick and I also noticed a clear like worm roaming around in the hairy cluster. I'm lost with what any of it is or means.

Included are multiple pics with 300x and 600x. Lowest I can go is 300. Also pics of tank under blues and white only. And a record board with water parameters from past 6 weeks.

-------------------BACK STORY-----------------
Tank is 2 years old, have had cyano and dinos in the past. Used chemiclean and it knocked out the cyano, but dinos came quickly after. Then used DINOX and got rid of the dinos, but it killed over 20 corals. That was a year ago.

Tank has been good until about 2 months ago when cyano showed back up. I needed to move my aquarium to another side of the livingroom so I drained most of it down, but I saved the removed water to replace it and that's when they started showing back up.

3 weeks ago I started dosing live phyto and copepods and the cyano started looking to clear up. Did my weekly water change in Hope's of it possibly being gone, but when it came back it wasn't the red color, it was more brown and I noticed the strings in it, no snot bubbles anywhere yet. It does not change with lights on or off as far as I can tell.

I do not want to use chemicals again if possible. Currently have temp at 82° to see if that helps, but for 3 days so far no signs of improvement. Hooked up UV a few days ago as well, no improvement. Not interested in blasting it with Turkey baster to break it up. It usually just causes it to spread. Not sure If I should do water changes right now or not. Sunday's are my WC days.

All parameters are checked with saline fert except nitrates and phosphate, which is tested with Hanna. Use redsea bluebucket, rodi water, plenty of flow.

Thank you in advance for any help.

Also, what is the best way to get samples? I pulled this up with a spoonful of sand and used a pipette to get a small piece of the algae. Tried using a cup and shaking the sand too, but really not sure what I'm looking for lol

The filaments look like several different species of cyanobabacteria.
