I just noticed what appears to be a wound or growth on my Midas Blenny. Popped up out of nowhere this evening. It coincided with my RBTA moving to a new spot near the blenny's sleeping rock. Is this a sting or something else? Will it heal on its own?

Possibly a sting since it did coincide with the anenome moving near the blenny's hideout. He is very stressed about it by his coloration.

I'd keep a close watch on him to see if the sore gets bigger or necrotic.

Any update on this one? I’ve got a blenny with a similar mark on his face that I’m hoping is from my elegance coral and not something worse...
