No problem. I did order the 3/4" from Home Depot but didn't need it. I thought about redoing the plumbing on my mixing station with the leftover blue pipe lol.

Today I began tearing down the tank. Tomorrow I plan to take down my 46 gallon and then Monday move the new tank into the house finally!

Also tinted the side of my ato reservoir and the side and back of my sump. The side is where the refugium is and I tinted the back to help hide cords. I finally feel like I am in the home stretch.

This is its final home.

Decided to wet test it one more time with plain water after assembling the plumbing and I am glad that did. Found a leak at the sump so I had to repair the pipes. Due to the wild fires, I haven’t had much time to work on it so hopefully this weekend I can get it filled with saltwater and get my rock and fishes back in.

It is in place, plumbing reassembled and leak tested. Lights hung. Electronics wired. Only thing left is to hook up the ATO then move my rocks, sand, and fill her up!

Busy weekend getting everything running but got it done. Just in awe of having this awesome tank in my living room. Got rocks, sand and water in on Saturday. Everything cleared up overnight so moved fish in on Sunday. They seem happy to be in their new home. Plan on moving the bulk of my corals back in next weekend. There are a few that I couldn’t get off the rock, and they are open and doing good so far.
Doing my best to recreate the structure I had in my 46 gallon.

Filling up!

Had just enough water made to reach just below the overflow so inserted a couple of heaters and turned on the wave makers while making another batch.

Full up and all systems up and running.

Fish in and exploring their new home. Love that I have a good side view.

Now just need a rock structure for the empty space.

Added 2 fish today. 2 that were on my want list. Picked them up at Cuttlefish and Corals.

Pyramid Butterfly Fish

I didn’t quarantine so I hope it doesn’t bite me in the butt. All but my 2 clowns were bought at Cuttlefish and Corals and never had any sick.

I didn’t post before, but I moved my corals back into the tank last week. Had 2 casualties. A Superman Milipora and a strawberry shortcake acropora. I put everything on the sand bed or low on the rocks and put my lights in aclimitize mode. Tomorrow I am going to move them up and re arrange them.

Also got an ugly phase going down. Ordered a cleanup crew pack from reef cleaners. Should be here next week
